These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Soliroush LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using iRentfy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be operated by individuals who do not meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately at Contact Form of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Soliroush LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
4. User Responsibility and Sole Liability
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely and entirely responsible for all your actions, content, and the data you process, submit, or transmit through iRentfy.
- We act strictly as a neutral technology platform. We do not endorse, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content or actions.
- You assume all risks associated with your use of the Services, including any reliance on their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you and your end users.
5. Strictly Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, networks, or user accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services without our prior written consent
- Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party
Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your account without notice and may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds
Access to paid features of the Services is subject to a subscription fee as described on our pricing page.
- Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
- Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or in cases of verified billing errors. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by Soliroush LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Services.
You retain ownership of any content or data you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Soliroush LLC a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soliroush LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of or access to the Services
- Your violation of any provision of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or property rights
- Any claim that your use of the Services caused harm to a third party
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soliroush LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Soliroush LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention schedule
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by mandatory applicable law (including GDPR for EEA users and applicable consumer protection laws).
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
