1. Subscription Fees
Access to paid features of iRentfy is subject to a subscription fee. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that plan on a monthly or annual basis.
- Advance Payment: All fees are billed in advance at the start of your billing cycle.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2. Try Before You Buy (Free Plan)
To ensure iRentfy meets your property management needs, we offer a Free Plan that allows you to manage one building and one unit at no cost.
- We strongly encourage all users to utilize the Free Plan to explore the platform's features, interface, and compatibility before upgrading to a paid subscription.
- By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the platform and are satisfied with the services provided.
3. General Refund Policy
To keep our pricing competitive and ensure platform stability, all subscription fees paid to iRentfy are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy or where required by mandatory applicable law.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
- We do not provide refunds for "unused" time if you cancel mid-cycle.
- In the event of a verified billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), we will process a full refund for the erroneous transaction.
4. Statutory Rights (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or United Kingdom (UK), you have a legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason.
However, by starting to use the Services (e.g., by creating buildings, units, or inviting tenants) during this cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the contract and agree that the refund amount may be reduced proportionally to the service provided until the time of withdrawal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further charges will be made to your payment method after the cancellation is processed.
6. Rent Payments and External Transactions
iRentfy acts strictly as a technology platform for landlords and tenants.
- Any payments made through the platform (such as rent, security deposits, or utility reimbursements) are transactions directly between the Landlord and the Tenant.
- iRentfy (Soliroush LLC) does not hold, manage, or process these funds directly and cannot issue refunds for rent payments.
- Any disputes regarding rent refunds must be settled directly between the Landlord and the Tenant in accordance with their lease agreement and local rental laws.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error or statutory right, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
